Symmetric Sofa 103" Illecebrous Sandstone
The iconic Symmetric 918 sofa designed by Paul McCobb in 1962 is characterized by clean lines, attention to detail and a sense of visual lightness that became a trademark of his work. Inspired by Shaker design, the sofa debuted with a channel-tufted back and slim walnut legs that made the piece appear weightless. Falling out of production after McCobb's death in 1969, the original design became highly sought after. From its sculptural curves to the angled arms, our reissue captures every coveted detail.
