The Ultimate Fighter is an American reality TV series and mixed martial arts competition produced by UFC. The show follows professional MMA fighters who live together in Las Vegas as they train and compete against one another to secure a six-figure contract with UFC. The series began in 2005 and has since released over 30 seasons – season 15 followed Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber as head coaches, training other MMA athletes. The show was revamped for series 15 and was broadcast each week over a 13-week period and was the first TUF to feature live fights. The popular show aired in 2012.
