The CPAPology Sleep Noodle is a positional sleep aid that applies positional therapy, a method that improves airflow by adjusting body position during sleep. Positional therapy for snoring involves keeping the body on its side to limit airway obstruction, which can occur more frequently when lying on the back. By using a foam insert placed on the upper back, the device makes it difficult to roll onto the back, helping maintain a side-sleeping posture that can reduce airway collapse and snoring. The device consists of a breathable mesh belt with a secure hook-and-loop fastener, an anti-slip interior, and a removable foam wedge.
